Sales Supervision Role - الوطنية موبايل

Role Summary & Duties and Responsibilities:
This is a Future position for candidates who would like to work in Sales Supervision roles for Wataniya Mobile. 

Incumbent of this role will be responsible to manage Sales Executives and assure their adherence to policies and meeting targets, sales and shall deal with the team in case of any problems which could involve him taking disciplinary action, the sales supervisor will also be very involved in motivating and empowering his team and to promote high level of product knowledge and confidence in his team and he may organize regular sales meetings.

This role also includes some administrative duties, as to maintain files regarding performance of his team or of certain products, and he will also be responsible for submitting documents related to such as sales report and commission statements.

Experience & Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in marketing, business or any related field.
Minimum of Five years of related experience.
Experience administrative and follow-up skills.
Essential Skills:
Proven ability to motivate and lead sales team.
Excellent administrative and follow-up skills
Excellent reporting skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Arabic and English,
Very good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required.
A valid driver’s license.
