Procurement Manager - مدير مشتريات

Mazaj Coffee House Co. is a limited joint stock company that was founded in 2009-2010 in Gaza – Palestine. Our main business is Confectionaries, Cake Shops, Bakeries, Ice-cream and Restaurants.
We have a main factories and more than 8 local branches, and expanding.

Position: Procurement Manager
Location: Gaza Field
Type of Contract: Full Time.
Deadline for Application: 3rd August 2016, Wednesday.

Job Duties:
 -Procurement of supplies, services, licenses and equipment.
-Initiates Purchase Order, securing appropriate approvals and accounting codes.
-Obtains quotes, selects vendors and negotiates prices.
-Management of vendor relations.
-Serve as the contact person for all procurement related vendors.
-Initiates new relationships/agreements with vendors based on price, capability, and past performance, following departmental guidelines.
-Keeps accurate records, detailing price histories and past experiences.
-Tag all procured items upon purchasing.
-Verify functionality and accuracy of all procured equipment.
-Tracks & processes disputes/claims and credits for procured items & services.
-Work in coordination with the Administration and Finance Manager to ensure the accuracy of the inventory and the distribution of all procured equipment.
-Controls and oversees the maintenance of procurement of infrastructure development/building/maintenance documentation, information and records, contracts, tenders and bids, supplier and claims information, ensuring their accuracy and confidentiality at all times and highlights any possible procurement complex problems on time and recommends necessary solutions.

 Requirements:
-Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any other related field, Master is preferred.
- General 7 years’ experience in professional life, and 3 years’ experience in procurement management.
-Demonstrated organizational skills and strong track record in meeting deliverables and deadlines.
-Excellent oral communication and presentation skills
-Experience with MS Office Suite.
-Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize within a shifting workload environment.
-Fluency in Arabic and English.
-Experience in preparing program reports.
