he Palestine Children’s Relief Fund is nongovernmental nonpolitical organization which providing the free medical care for the Palestinian Children’s in the Middle East, the PCRF is seeking for Executive Assistant in Gaza, Following the description of the position:

Job Title: Medical Mission Assistant – Executive Assistant
Location: Gaza
Reports to: Medical Missions Coordinator
Job Type: Full time

The Medical Mission Assistant is responsible for assisting the Medical Missions Coordinator including but not limited to planning, initiation, and implementation, follow up and organizing medical missions in the Palestine and the Region.
It is expected that this position provide support in leadership, supervision and guidance to designated staff and coordinate work activities to ensure an efficient and high standard of medical care and effective utilization of PCRF Medical Missions in the Region 

Responsibilities

-Developing and managing a database of information for medical missions
-Maintaining a timeline of all medical missions on the calendar
-Assist in identification of medical missions in Palestine and in the Region
-Preparation of all the needed documents including but not limited to permits/ approvals and certificates from different authorities.
-Working with other colleagues to ensure that all missions are comfortable with arrangements  following the PCRF policies and procedures
-Oversight of all aspects of medical mission from planning to completion including follow up
-Creation and management of detailed reports and meeting minutes.
-Maintaining daily communication with members of the missions with regard to ongoing and future medical missions
-Working to develop questionnaires and surveys to determine our effectiveness at reaching PCRF mission
-Meeting with teams to determine needs for each location/ hospital and keeping team updated on status or changes
-Managing spreadsheet with updates to be shared with teams
-Meeting calendar deadlines for each mission and keeping team updated on deadlines
-Keeping contacts updated in Drive or other contact management system
-Other responsibilities as needed including working with donors and utilization of social media and Google + application

Minimum Skill Requirements
-Bachelor degree required; in a relevant field of expertise
-Minimum total 5 years of experience working as executive assistant
-Fluency in using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email and new systems
-Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems

-Work independently and develop creative solutions, but also be able to effectively communicate ideas and work well with the team
