Chief Executive Officer – Al Falouja Association for Relief & Development  – Gaza Strip

Position title: Chief Executive Officer

Tasks and responsibilities: 
1-Administrative and technical supervision, follow up the implementation of the mission, vision & strategic plan to the association.
2-Preparation of detailed and effective action plans and strategic plans.
3-Supervision of technical and field staff involved in the association.
4-Develop the necessary administrative procedures to effectively achieve the strategic plan of the association.
5-Ensure all activities are implemented in a timely manner and according to the plans.
6-Plan and conduct regular field visits to ensure proper activities implementation on the ground.
7-Participate in the representation the Society in workshops, conferences or seminars commissioned by the board.
8-Perform any other tasks required by the board of director.
9- Maintaining awareness of both the external and internal competitive landscape, opportunities for expansion, customers, markets, new industry developments and standards, and so forth.
10- Evaluating the success of the organization.

Qualifications: 
-A Bachelor degree from recognized university in Administrative, Engineering,  or related fields.
-Minimum five years of professional experience in NGOs administration;
-Excellent networking and coordination skills.
-Fluency in both English & Arabic languages including both written and verbal communication skills.
-Excellent reporting skills in both English & Arabic.
-Ability to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
-Advanced computer literacy.
- Advanced leadership skills.
-Ability to work under pressure and within a team.
-Ability to start working immediately.

1-Ability to analyze the local socioeconomic context from gender perspective. 
2-Considerable knowledge of advocacy and initiatives management. 
3-Ability to mobilize community groups 
4-Excellent communication and coordination skills, with strong personality.
5-Excellent planning, administration and monitoring skills. 
6-Initiative, self-reliant and cooperative.
7-Excellent ability to work under pressure and carry out multiple tasks.

Note:
1-      The monthly salary of 3,000 shekels.
